Ayesha Nobes,

Somatic Practitioner

Ayesha is a trauma-informed somatic practitioner integrating Somatic Experiencing® and partswork (IFS-informed) in a slow, relational, and co-created process.

Ayesha supports adults navigating anxiety disorders, chronic pain and fibromyalgia, grief, and the impacts of developmental and relational trauma. Her work invites a connection to the body’s innate wisdom and supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and embodied self-trust. She also helps restore access to joy and play, inviting these vital qualities back into the landscape of healing.
In addition to somatic dialogue-based work, Ayesha offers gentle somatic touch/table work to support nervous system explorations and stability. For returning clients, she also offers somatic art sessions as an invitation to explore creative expression through mixed-media art - a way of giving form and voice to what’s been alive within.
Her professional foundation is rooted in trauma-informed yoga therapy (C-IYAT), Somatic Experiencing®, registered massage therapy (RMT), and medical acupuncture. Though she is not currently active in her RMT or acupuncture practice, these modalities have shaped her understanding of the body’s capacity for healing.
